Breakout the Champagne we have won!

Graham Print of Omagh have won first place as Best Postcard Printing Service in the 2017 UK Corporate Livewire Awards.

Graham Print of 51 Gortin Road was established in 1853, and is one of Ireland’s oldest printing houses.

Commenting on the award Geeta Gill of Livewire said category winners underwent a rigorous assessment process that recognises the company’s innovation and excellence.

In the 1990s the general printing company developed postcard production as a stand-alone business and in 1996 established The Postcard Company alongside their existing general printing work.

This specialisation focused on cards for promotional and marketing purposes and attracted international clients including some of the UK and Ireland’s most prestigious organisations and institutions: from The Royal Academy of Music, London to golf’s Royal and Ancient St Andrews (Scotland); from the Royal Opera House Covent Garden to the Royal Zoological Garden in Edinburgh and from The National Archives in London to The Scottish Association for Marine Science.

Geographically too, the company’s card business spread internationally: from unique wildlife cards for customers in the the Falkland Islands and mementoes for the British Antarctic Survey, to archive shots for the American Naval Academy in Maryland and publicity cards for the Pittsburgh Opera, Philadelphia.

In recent years as internet promotions, email and new media reduced the demand for postcards and marketing cards, the company has developed other services including wide format printing, architectural plans for house builders and trade print and finishing.
